On Friday 3 June, Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar Maroubra will host a Golden Gourmet Pizza Lunch in conjunction with the annual Gold Week campaign to raise much needed funds for the Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick.

All proceeds from pizzas bought on the day between 12 noon and 4pm will be donated to the hospital as part of Gold Week – the major fundraising and awareness campaign for Sydney Children’s Hospital. This year, Gold Week aims to raise over $700,000 for life saving equipment, to refurbish wards, fund specialist medical positions and conduct important research.

We have a long-standing affiliation with an independent nutritional testing lab that conducts stringent tests on our products. We ensure the integrity of our claims with regular testing, and this year commenced more frequent testing and mystery shops ahead of new food labelling legislation. Our Heart Foundation Tick approved pizzas are tested up to three or four times a year to ensure they meet the Heart Foundation’s criteria, and they’ve always passed with flying colours, which is why we were dismayed to hear the findings of Today Tonight’s research.
