Updates to your VIPP Benefits


How have my benefits changed?

  • From June 8, 2020 VIPP members (that signed up prior to November 1, 2018) will no longer receive a Complimentary Small Herb & Garlic Pizza Squares on every order.
  • From June 8, 2020 VIPP members (that signed up prior to November 1, 2018) will no longer receive Free Delivery on orders of $25 or greater. This offer was only available at participating stores instead of the above Complimentary Small Herb & Garlic Pizza Square.

    • Why have we made this change?

    We are working on new and exciting changes to the program and will be introducing a combination of great offers and benefits for our loyal members. We will announce these as soon as we are in a position to do so.


    Are V.I.P.P. Benefits the same at all Crust stores?

    No, each Crust store is owned and operated by a local Franchise Partner and they choose which program benefits to offer their local customers.


    But I signed up after November 1, 2018. What does this mean for me?

    From November 1st, 2018 Complimentary Herb & Garlic Squares and Free Delivery were already no longer part of the benefits for new members joining the program. Therefore, your benefits have not changed, you will continue to receive the latest news and deals from Crust via email!


    I’m not happy with this change, what can I do?
